Условия использования

1. Booking & Cancellation

Bookings can be made online, by phone, or via WhatsApp/Telegram. We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows may be charged 50% of the service fee.

2. Health & Contraindications

Massage is not recommended if you have: fever, acute infections, skin conditions in the massage area, blood clotting disorders, or are in the first trimester of pregnancy. Please inform the therapist of any health conditions before your session.

3. Payment

Payment is accepted in cash or by card at the studio. Prices are as listed on our website. We reserve the right to update prices with 30 days' notice.

4. Studio Rules

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened or rescheduled. Please shower before your appointment if possible. Remove jewellery before the session.

5. Liability

Massaaz.eu is not liable for personal belongings left at the studio. Our services are for relaxation and general wellness only and do not constitute medical treatment.
